Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini (well stirred)
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend on high speed until smooth. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 5 days.
Other Ways To Use Dressing
- Drizzle over roasted or grilled vegetables
- Serve as a sauce for broiled fish
- Mix with sour cream or plain yogurt to make a dip for vegetables
- Mix with mayonnaise for tuna or chicken salad
