Hummus Vegetable Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 slices whole-wheat bread
- 1/4 cup store-bought hummus
- 1 tablesppon store-bought tapenade (olive spread)
- 1/4 thinly sliced cucumber
- 1 coarsely grated carrot
Directions
- Spread 1 slice of bread with hummus
- Spread other slice of bread with tapenade
- Top hummus with cucumber, carrot and other slice of bread.
