Jen’s Pesto
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
- 2-4 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Toast pine nuts in frying pan until lightly browned.
- Combine all ingredients in food processor.
- Toss with pasta.
