Mango-Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped mango (about 1 cup)
- 1 1/2 cups carrot juice
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
- In a blender, purée all ingredients on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
