Jeweled Cheese Ball

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a 1 1/2 quart mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except the almonds and beat at medium speed until well blended.
  2. Shape mixture into a large ball
  3. Roll in toasted almonds
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
  5. Remove cheese ball from the refrigerator a 1/2 hour before serving. Garnish the top with a cherry.
